Chichester Hall is located within Solway’s Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It’s seaside position provides direct views across the Solway Firth to the hills of Dumfries and Galloway directly across the Eden and Esk estuaries.
Lying one mile to the north of the resort town of Silloth, Chichester Hall is to be found in Dick Trod Lane, Skinburness. Chichester is an extended country house, set within four acres of grounds that run down to the Coastal Path.
Chichester Hall is registered for 20 older adults, who require Residential Care and Support. This registration allows for all residents being diagnosed with a dementia condition.
All the Home’s 18 bedrooms have en suite toilet facilities and these are supplemented by two disabled bathrooms. The elegant rooms are maintained to a very high standard with bespoke double glazing throughout the building. The dayrooms include an open plan dining room set just off the main hall and the large lounge is situated at the back of the house, with views over the Solway. A secure garden is also provided for residents who wish to access the garden independently.
A full menu with a range of choices is served every day, with home cooked dishes using locally sourced ingredients. All tastes and diets are catered for.
